News From The Center New Board Member
(Photo by Axel Koester for CrossTalk) Joanne Corday Kozberg, a member of the University of California Board of Regents, has joined the board of directors of the National Center for Public Policy and Higher Education. Ms. Kozberg is a partner in California Strategies, a public affairs consulting firm. From 1999 through 2002 she was president and chief operating officer of the Music Center of Los Angeles County. From 1993 to 1998 she was California's secretary of state and consumer services. She has been a UC regent since 1998. Ms. Kozberg received her bachelor's degree in history from UC Berkeley and earned a master's degree in public policy from Occidental College.
