National Center for Postsecondary Improvement
(NCPI) |
- The National Center for Postsecondary Improvement conducts research that identifies
and analyzes the challenges facing postsecondary education, with the ultimate goal
of providing institutions, policymakers, employers, students, parents, faculty, and
administrators with the information and tools necessary to help them improve the
U.S. postsecondary educational system.
NCPI is a collaborative research venture of Stanford University, the University
of Michigan, and the University of Pennsylvania. Its work is funded by the U.S. Department
of Education's Office of Educational Research and Improvement, under the leadership
of the National Institute for Postsecondary Education, Libraries, and Lifelong Learning
(OERI/PLLI). The findings and opinions expressed by NCPI do not necessarily reflect
the position or policies of OERI/PLLI or the U.S. Department of Education.
