Data Updates for the Losing Ground Report May 2003

The National Center for Public Policy and Higher Education This report was prepared to update the information used in the Losing Ground: A National Status Report on the Affordability of American Higher Education (published in May 2002). Updated data are the most current information available as of May 2003. All information in the Losing Ground has been updated, with the exception of 'student borrowing' data that originally appeared in Figures 5 and 6 in the report. Updated data was compiled by Mikyung Ryu and Will Doyle, and Jill De Maria was responsible for data quality-check.
